Kim Rencurrel brings over 25 years of experience in retail and fashion, with a proven record of driving growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. She spent 15 years at Weathervane Stores as Director of Operations, leading global systems development, training, and marketing strategy, followed by leadership roles at Jade Marketing Group overseeing sales, design, and brand development. Her expertise in trend forecasting, merchandising, and account management consistently helps retail partners adapt and thrive.
An ovarian cancer survivor, Kim brings resilience, purpose, and gratitude to her work. She is a committed community advocate, coordinating fundraising for a private school and supporting a nonprofit horse farm offering equine therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, hosting, and cultivating meaningful connections.

Whitney Young, MD, is a fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist specializing in the surgical treatment of breast cancers and benign breast diseases. She provides a range of services, including breast-conserving surgery and mastectomies, collaborating closely with plastic surgeons to offer both skin-sparing and nipple-sparing techniques for patients undergoing surgery for cancer treatment or risk reduction due to genetic predisposition.
A native of Connecticut, Dr. Young completed her General Surgery training at Brown University before pursuing a Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She currently practices at MidState Medical Center in Meriden, Connecticut, where she is dedicated to delivering compassionate and expert care to her patients.

In addition to her clinical roles, Anna has trained clinicians in vein procedures across Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Her passion for women’s wellness, combined with years of experience in the tattoo industry alongside Maria at Industrial Strength LLC, makes her especially enthusiastic about contributing to HON’s mission.
Jenny, her husband Tim, and their children, Henry and Phoebe, enjoy traveling in their RV, quoting movie lines, and hosting impromptu karaoke and dance parties wherever the road takes them.

Jessica Bauer has extensive experience in healthcare communications and brand strategy. Since 2016, she has collaborated with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, leading marketing initiatives and directing the visual branding strategy for the Continuing Medical Education (CME) program and projects within the Office of the Chief Physician Executive. She oversees marketing and creative assets for more than 35 live conferences annually, partnering with institutional stakeholders and external collaborators to implement strategic initiatives that effectively reach physicians worldwide.
She has presented at multiple national conferences for CME professionals, sharing practical strategies to engage physicians in educational activities, and is passionate about serving her community while fostering meaningful connections within the healthcare and CME fields.

Jim Randles brings decades of experience in corporate leadership, specializing in finance and operations management. Throughout his career, he oversaw all aspects of financial planning, including day-to-day operations, weekly reviews with management teams, annual budgets, and monthly forecasting with contingency planning to ensure alignment with company goals. His background also includes leading operational teams to uphold high standards and consistently exceed customer expectations.
Now retired, Jim has shifted his focus toward giving back and supporting meaningful causes. As HON’s Treasurer, he applies his deep expertise in financial oversight and strategic planning to ensure responsible stewardship and sustainability for the organization.
Outside of his professional contributions, Jim enjoys life with his wife of 33 years, Maryann, their children Nick and Sydney, and their granddaughter Lola. He can often be found hosting family dinners, enjoying game nights, or on the pickleball court, embracing the balance of family, fun, and service.
